Our Founder
Ramesh A Bangera is the Founder and Managing Director of Udaya Group of Industries, a legacy he has been leading with dedication since 1979. With over four decades of experience, he has been the driving force behind the organization’s growth, heads every aspect of operations and ensuring sustained excellence. A veteran expert in the Aluminium industry, he brings deep technical knowledge and business wisdom to the table.
His visionary approach has not only shaped the company’s expansion but also strengthened its reputation as a trusted name in the industry. He has always
believed in creating opportunities for local people, generating employment, and fostering regional growth. As a leader, he is known for motivating employees, guiding teams, and supporting the management in making critical decisions. As a key member of the Board, Jaysheela Ramesh Bangera works closely alongside the Managing Director in making major organizational decisions that shape the company’s growth and direction. She supervises the entire network of retail stores, ensuring smooth operations and consistent performance across all outlets. With a strong focus on people and processes, she closely monitors retail staff to maintain high standards of service while prioritizing customer satisfaction at every touchpoint. Her leadership plays a vital role in driving excellence, strengthening customer relationships, and enhancing the brand’s presence in the retail market.
With a strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering, Rajesh S. B. brings over 30 years of rich experience in the technical field, including 20 years dedicated to the manufacturing of pharmaceutical and labware glass machinery. Over the course of his career, he has handled the technical operations within production units, consistently ensuring efficiency, and uncompromising quality. He has played a major role in planning and executing new projects.

With over 45 years of extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, HE Kotian is one of the most tenured leaders in the organization. He heads the Production Department for Aluminium Utensils, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality output. Beyond production management, he plays a key role in talent development by training of new staff members and nurturing a skilled workforce.
With over 30 years of association with the organization, Harish Bangera is a highly experienced leader heading the Marketing division of the entire manufacturing unit. He has been instrumental in shaping the company’s brand visibility, strengthening market positioning, and driving sustained business growth.
Sadanand Poojary leads the Operations function from past 25 years with expertise in managing the Non-stick, Cooker, and Magic Pot manufacturing plants. As Operations Director, he is responsible for ensuring seamless production, optimizing processes, and maintaining the highest quality standards across units. Having previously led both the retail and sales units, he plays a key role in building and strengthening the company’s brand presence, manages trading items, and driving innovation through the development of new products.
A professional with over 16 years of experience manages Administration, IT, Human Resources, and promotional activities. In addition to administrative leadership, also oversees the successful operations of a packaged drinking water unit as well as aluminium utensils production and sales,ensuring compliance, quality, and sustainability. Skilled at aligning administrative functions with business objectives, employee engagement, and driving continuous improvement across departments.
Chandrakanth is the Production Head of the Aluminium Smelting Unit with over 30 years of rich industry experience. He oversees the complete production of aluminium circles, a vital raw material for utensil manufacturing. His focus is to ensure seamless production flow, strict adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery.
With over 15 years of rich experience across leading corporate companies, he brings extensive expertise in procurement strategies, vendor management, and sourcing. Associated with the company for the past 5 years, he plays a crucial role in developing strong supplier relationships, optimizing sourcing processes, and ensuring cost-effective procurement practices.
Jeevan is a sales leader with over 20 years of experience in the retail sector. As one of the Directors of Sales in the Retail Unit, he is responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of all retail showrooms. His core focus is to increase sales growth, streamlining showroom operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction across all retail outlets.
Retail professional with over 20 years of experience in the retail sector. He leads and manages the retail showrooms in the Udupi and Mangalore regions, ensuring smooth operations, strong sales performance, and exceptional customer experience.
